This costume from LUCIA DI LAMMERMOOR from the Metropolitan Opera. Originally designed by Attilio Colonello for the 1964-65 season. Famous Lucias who have worn this costume for the wedding scene that includes the famous sextet include Mariella Devia, Edita Gruberova, and Beverly Sills.

It took a couple of years after we took this footage for computers to get fast enough to properly display this. Originally we stitched this in Authorware, but now 6 years later I can even put it on the web, in Flash 6 format.

Made from 4 screen grabs with a superwide fisheye lens on a video camera. (Only 50% of vertical image was useable due to the super fisheye, makes a very low res image but very easy to stitch.)
